Are these products Natural?

Yes, the ingredients are naturally sourced.

Are your products 100% Vegan?

We do carry Vegan options as well on our site.

Do you also do wholesale?

Yes, we do offer wholesale.

Can I customize an order?

Sure you can! When your order is placed, please send us a quick email or in the personalized section of your cart and tell us what you are looking for. We will try to accommodate. If we are unable to fulfill your request you will be notified via email.

Are your products nut free?

As we are working in an environment where lots of products are being made at the same time, we cannot guarantee nut by-products are not being used. Please be sure to test the product before applying fully if you do have allergies.

What is the status of my order?

If you have signed up you can surely check you order in your summary. Also an email would have been sent with the tracking info. If you cannot locate the details please email us and we will provide the information.

Are you getting this product back in stock?

Unfortunately we are unable to give an exact date for a product restock. If you really would like to purchase the product please contact us directly and we'll see if we can accommodate your request .

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently we ship within Canada. If you are interested and you're outside of Canada please email us and we will try to accommodate. 

How can I get a discount?

Discount codes are usually on the site or posted on the business' IG page. Just make sure the one you are using is current.

Why are the jar caps different colours?

Due to the shortage of cosmetic containers sometimes it's difficult to buy the same color again. That doesn't take away from the quality of the product though as the formulas remain the same. 

How will my product be packaged?

Artisan Soaps will be banded and shrink wrapped. If you would prefer to have your bar naked please indicate in the notes of your cart before checkout.

Bath Bombs will come shrink wrapped.  

Body Butters, Scrubs and Body Washes come in Recyclable Plastic.
